Solo is £30 a month for 1 staff member. Team is £45 a month for up to 3. Business is £60 a month for up to 6. From 7 staff, add £10 a month per extra person. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free. SMS is billed separately.

No setup fees whatsoever, and no contracts. You can cancel anytime with no penalties. We believe in earning your business every month through great service, not locking you into long-term commitments.

Email reminders are included. SMS is billed separately, currently about 3p per text. Check the rate in your account before you budget for texts, because it can change.

Yes. Add or remove staff and the subscription follows the headcount: Solo, Team, Business, then a per-person charge from 7 staff. The amount is adjusted on the subscription.

Appointful does not take a commission on bookings. If you take cards through Stripe, Stripe's own fees apply. You can also leave online payments off and take payment in person.

A straightforward setup — services, hours, and your booking link — is often the same day. There is a setup flow in the app. More complex class timetables take longer.

No special equipment needed. Appointful works on any device with a web browser - your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. There's nothing to download or install. Just log in and start using it.

There is no self-serve CSV import. Email support@appointful.co.uk with an export and the date you want to switch, and we will help you move clients and upcoming bookings. New clients can also create a record when they book.

You get a booking link on your Appointful address, for example a page on app.appointful.co.uk. Share it on your website, Instagram, Google, or in a message. You can also embed it if you already have a site.

Yes. Appointful is fully mobile-responsive. It works perfectly on iPhones, Android phones, iPads, and tablets. Both you and your clients can manage bookings from any mobile device.

Each service has its own price and length. Clients book the service they want. You can offer cuts, colour and treatments as separate services on the same page.

You choose email, SMS, or both, and when they go out. Email is included. SMS is billed per text. Clients can use the links you include to reschedule or cancel, inside the rules you set.

Yes. You can ask for a deposit on selected services, or take the full amount online through Stripe. You can also leave payments off and take money in person.

Clients can cancel or reschedule from their confirmation email or SMS. You set your cancellation policy - for example, require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations can forfeit deposits if you choose, protecting your revenue.

Yes. Each staff member has hours, breaks and time off. You can see the team together or one person at a time. Clients can pick a staff member or the first free slot. Clients can add a booking to Google Calendar or download a calendar file. Two-way sync with Google or Outlook is not available yet.

Appointful is built for UK businesses and is intended to support your GDPR duties. You can export or delete client data. We do not sell client lists. See the privacy page for the policy links we publish.
