You get 30 days to set up your services, staff and booking page. No card is required to start. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep the dashboard.
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from the billing page and the subscription stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
Email reminders are included. SMS is billed separately, currently about 3p per text. That rate can change, so check it in your account before you rely on a monthly SMS budget.
Solo covers 1 staff member, Team up to 3, and Business up to 6. From 7 staff, it is £10 per extra staff member each month. Adding someone mid-month is adjusted on your subscription.
Yes. Email support@appointful.co.uk with an export of your clients and upcoming bookings, plus the date you want to switch. We will help you move. There is no self-serve import button in the product yet.
